Sizing
First up, measure yourself and see into which sizing bracket you fall. If you happen to have a different size for top & bottom- just pop us a message in the order comments when placing the order.If you are unsure of your size, pretty please pop us a message with your bust, waist & hip measurement and we can help you figure it out! Should you not fit into any of the sizing categories, send us your bust, waist & hip details and we can customize the items to your measurements. No extra charge. Yay!
When will I get my order?
Every item is made to order, which means you can change and customize your order! It also means that it takes a bit longer before orders are sent out.
Estimate Production Time: 5-10 Business days. Some products have a longer production time, which you can find in the product description. You will only receive a tracking number 5-10 business days after placing the order.
We use overnight shipping on all orders (wherever possible) so you should receive it within 1-3 days once you've received your tracking number.
Production time will vary on the amount of items that you order.
Should you have a specific event deadline- pretty PLEASE leave it in the order comment section when placing your order.
Should you have an urgent last minute order, please pop us a message with the details of the order and the date you need it by. We really try to help wherever we can, but it's better to check with us if you think it might be a bit of a tight squeeze time wise.

Where are you based?
We are based in Cape Town, South Africa. We are an exclusive online-only bridal store with all the designs, patterns and sewing taking place right here in our studio!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. We work on a general R130 flat rate for overnight delivery within South Africa.
